Overview of Role:

As a Healthcare Fire Alarm Project Manager at Staley Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing fire alarm projects within a commercial environment. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare facilities’ unique needs. You will ensure that all fire alarm systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards, ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.

Essential Functions

• Lead and manage fire alarm projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare facility managers to design fire alarm systems that meet specific project requirements.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA 1041 and NFPA 70 standards.
• Utilize fire alarm software, installation tools, and design software to optimize system performance.
• Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancements in office buildings, retail centers, hospitals, and schools.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electrical experience with a focus on fire alarm systems.
• Valid electrical license for California.
• Proficiency in using fire alarm software and installation tools.
• Ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Comprehensive safety knowledge and adherence to safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fire alarm design software.
• Previous experience managing commercial projects, particularly in the healthcare sector.

• Neighboring cities: Daly City, Brisbane, South San Francisco, Oakland, Emeryville, San Mateo.
• Schedule: Full-time position with flexibility for project needs.
