About Prime Partners:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Voice & Data Technician to join our team. This position will also cover the surrounding areas such as Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, and Surprise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain voice, data, and video telecommunications systems.
2. Work on new construction projects and big box retail outlets, ensuring all wiring, systems and networks are installed and functioning properly.
3. Follow blueprints and schematics to install voice and data systems on new construction projects.
4. Test, troubleshoot, and repair issues related to voice and data networks.
5. Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
6. Provide high-quality customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their systems meet their needs.
7. Collaborate with other members of the electrical team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
8. Keep abreast of latest industry developments and technology advancements.

Qualifications and requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or vocational school training in electronics, computer science, or related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in voice and data telecommunication systems installation and repair.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical industry specifics related to commercial work, particularly in new construction and big box retail.
4. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
5. Exceptional troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
6. Familiarity with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
7. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
8. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
9. Ability to work in various weather conditions and in physically demanding circumstances.
10. Must be willing to travel to various job sites within Buckeye and surrounding areas.
