Job Description:

Prime Partners is a leading electrical contracting company seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Buckeye, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the commercial and residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
2. Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
3. Perform general electrical maintenance on existing systems.
4. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
5. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
6. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
7. Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and residential electrical systems.
8. Ensure electrical systems meet the company and industry quality standards.
9. Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
10. Train and direct workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
11. Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
2. Experience in commercial and residential electrical systems.
3. Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools and electrical drawings and blueprints.
4. Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines.
5. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
6. Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
7. Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician.
8. Valid license to practice the profession.
9. Ability to travel to bordering cities such as Goodyear, Avondale, Peoria, and Glendale.

Applicants should have completed an apprenticeship in electrician or similar field and obtained a journeyman license. They should also have proven experience as an electrician and be able to travel to job sites in the surrounding cities.
