Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with project managers and general contractors to align installations with project timelines. Our projects range from small businesses to large commercial complexes, providing you with a diverse array of challenges and opportunities to hone your skills.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

At Prime Partners, we believe practical skills outweigh paper qualifications. If you have 1-3 years of experience in security systems installation, knowledge of cable routing and termination, and familiarity with camera systems, you’re already on the right path. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues is essential, as is strong communication and organizational skills.
