Process Controls Technician at Prime Partners

We’re Prime Partners, and we’ve got an exciting opportunity for someone who’s a whizz with DCS systems (Honeywell, DeltaV), expert in instrumentation calibration, and process control loops. If you’re a Process Controls Technician looking to bring your expertise to a new challenge, we think you’ll love this role. We’re located in the vibrant city of Dallas, TX, with the neighboring cities of Plano, Arlington, and Fort Worth just a stone’s throw away. This role comes with ample opportunities for travel (40-60% of the time) as you’ll be instrumental in plant startups and system upgrades.

Required Experience

We’re looking for a seasoned professional with:

• 5+ years of experience as a Process Controls Technician
• Mastery in analog/digital instrumentation, control valve maintenance, and PID loop tuning
• Proficiency in HART protocol, Foundation Fieldbus, and industrial networking
• ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) Level II, OSHA-30, confined space certification, and ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP) certifications

And if you happen to have these skills too, we’d be even more thrilled:

• Experience with system integration and commissioning
• Knowledge of advanced process control (APC), distributed control systems (DCS), and programmable logic controllers (PLC)
• Familiarity with process safety management and risk analysis

Pay and Benefits

We believe in compensating our employees fairly for their expertise and hard work. For this role, you can expect a salary range of $51.6-$61 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
