Qualifications
We seek candidates with extensive experience in commercial electrical work, particularly in project leadership and crew management. A strong understanding of the NEC code, blueprint reading, and construction sequencing is essential. You must have the ability to coordinate with multiple trades and meet project deadlines efficiently. While OSHA 30 certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman and previous experience leading teams of 5 or more electricians on commercial jobs is required.
