Estimator Position Overview

At Prime Partners in Salt Lake City, UT, we’re urgently seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team for long-term construction projects. As an Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in assessing project costs, collaborating with our team to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions, and contributing to the success of large-scale site development and earthwork projects. Your ability to analyze data and provide detailed estimates will be key to our project’s financial and operational success.

Qualifications for Estimator

• Experience: 3-10 years as an Estimator, with strong expertise in commercial Site Development and Earthwork.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office suite, and familiarity with AGTEK or similar software.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities for Estimator

• Plan Take-Offs: Conduct detailed plan take-offs and gather vendor quotes.
• Cost Analysis: Calculate quantities, interpret product specifications, and prepare comprehensive bid proposals.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
