Job Description:

Prime Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Maricopa, Arizona. This position involves performing a variety of electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of the electrical industry specifics and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality work to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
2. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
3. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
4. Read blueprints or technical diagrams.
5. Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
6. Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
7. Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic electrical systems.
8. Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes, and follows safety requirements.
9. Work alone to find and present faults and concerns in electrical systems without receiving explicit direction.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and answer any customer questions.
11. Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and other systems.
12. Provide professional assessments and advice for customers.
13. Review maintenance work orders and ensure all requirements/preparations are fully undertaken before commencing work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of electrician apprenticeship.
3. Experience working as a Journeyman Electrician.
4. Proven experience in the electrical field.
5. Able to read blueprints, schematics, and write reports.
6. Valid electrician license in the state of Arizona.
7. Valid driver’s license.
8. In-depth knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
9. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
10. Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
11. Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
12. Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
13. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
14. Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
