Job Description: Prime Partners is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and residential establishments within Goodyear and the surrounding cities of Avondale, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Tolleson, and Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installing and maintaining electrical equipment and wiring systems in residential and commercial environments.
2. Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems including switches, receptacles, and circuit breakers.
4. Conducting tests to identify electrical problems and applying knowledge of the principles of electricity to solve them.
5. Ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes.
6. Training and mentoring apprentice electricians.
7. Participating in on-call rotation for emergency service calls.
8. Performing regular preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
9. Coordinating with project managers and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
10. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Must possess a valid Journeyman Electrician license.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
3. Proven ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
4. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Must be willing to travel to job sites in Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Tolleson, and Phoenix.
9. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
10. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
