Role Overview
Join our Commercial division as a Rack and Stack Installer. This entry-level role requires 1-3 years of experience. Responsibilities include hands-on server rack assembly, ensuring safety, and fostering teamwork. Growth opportunities available.
Essential Qualifications
Must have hands-on construction or mechanical assembly experience. Familiarity with basic hand tools like drills, wrenches, and levels is required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, follow instructions precisely, communicate effectively, and work well in a team is essential. Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in assembling and securing server racks in data centers.
- Follow blueprints to position racks accurately.
- Organize and manage tools and materials.
- Install equipment into racks, including shelves and mounting brackets.
- Ensure cable pathways are clear.
- Perform basic quality checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on the job site.
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Plano, TX
- Neighboring cities: Richardson, Allen, McKinney, Carrollton
- Schedule: Full-time; Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
Compensation Package
- Competitive pay: $20.4-$22.95 per hour
