Role Overview
The Data Center Technician position at Prime Partners is an integral part of our Commercial division. We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience in data center environments. This role involves working on significant projects, focusing on cable installations and management for large-scale data centers. Essential Qualifications
Candidates must have hands-on experience with data center installations, including proficiency in using Fluke testers, cable management, and termination tools. A strong background in data center environments is essential for success in this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Install and terminate Cat6 cables
- Manage cable racks efficiently
- Maintain server environments
- Contribute to statewide data center projects
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Ogden, UT
- Neighboring cities: Roy, North Ogden, and South Ogden
- Schedule: Full-time position with expectations for occasional overtime during peak project periods
