Qualifications for Journeyman Electrician

• Experience: 3-5 years as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Licensing: Valid journeyman electrician license.
• Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of NEC codes, proficiency with conduit bending and electrical tools, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Leadership: Ability to manage apprentices and teams effectively.

Responsibilities for Journeyman Electrician

• Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, and lighting fixtures.
• Conduit Work: Accurately measure, cut, and bend EMT and rigid conduit.
• Troubleshooting: Use tools like multimeters to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
• Collaboration: Work with other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervision: Guide apprentices and enforce safety practices.
• Site Management: Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites.
