Key Responsibilities
- Install residential solar systems efficiently and safely.
- Mount solar panels and install racking systems with precision.
- Run conduit and pull wire according to project specifications.
- Assist with system commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, mounting techniques, and basic electrical principles.
- Experience with roof work, power tools, and conduit installation required.
- OSHA-10 and fall protection certification required.
- NABCEP Associate certification preferred.
- Knowledge of NEC Article 690 and basic electrical theory.
- Comfortable working at heights and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 1-4 years of experience required for Apprentice work in a solar setting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $18.72-$24.85 per hour
