Industrial Electrician at Helix Electric
Hey there! We at Helix Electric are on the lookout for an Industrial Apprentice Electrician to join our team in Washington, DC. If you’re a hands-on person who knows their way around 3-phase power, motor controls, PLC basics, and conduit installation, we’d love to chat! Required Experience
We’re not asking for the world here, but we do need you to have:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician
- A good understanding of industrial safety protocols - we put safety first!
- The ability to read blueprints - it’s all about the details.
- Basic troubleshooting skills - we need you to be our problem solver.
- Experience with hand/power tools, digital multimeters, and meggars
Certifications and Licenses
We also need you to be certified and licensed. Here’s what you need:
- Electrical Apprentice License
- OSHA-30
- Arc Flash
- First Aid/CPR certifications
Location
You’ll be based in Washington, DC. But if you’re in the neighborhoods of Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Silver Spring, or Fairfax, you’re still in the right place!
Pay and Benefits
We believe in rewarding hard work. So, we’re offering a salary range of $25.14-$32.98 per hour. Plus, we’ve got some great benefits to boot!
