Key Responsibilities
- Install residential solar systems with precision and efficiency
- Mount solar panels and install racking systems
- Run conduit and pull wire for system connections
- Assist with system commissioning to ensure optimal performance
Required Qualifications
- NABCEP Associate certification preferred
- OSHA-10 and fall protection certification required
- Experience with roof work and comfort working at heights
- Knowledge of NEC Article 690 and basic electrical theory
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- 1-4 years of experience required for Apprentice work in a solar setting
- Valid driver’s license
