Position Description:

As a Fire Alarm Installer at West Coast Fire Inc., you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems. Your role involves ensuring compliance with local and national fire alarm codes while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with local and national codes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire alarm systems, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and project requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on fire alarm system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in fire alarm installation preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in fire alarm installation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
