Blink Charging in La Palma, CA is urgently seeking an experienced General Foreman for long-term projects. We need a dynamic leader to oversee the civil scope of medium to large-scale electric vehicle charging station installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing excavation, concrete, rebar, and related civil tasks. You’ll coordinate with various teams, ensure compliance with building codes, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications for General Foreman

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years as a lead project foreman in commercial civil construction.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of California Building Code and OSHA safety standards.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software like Site Tracker.

Responsibilities for General Foreman

• Oversee and manage civil work for EV charging station installations.
• Supervise crews for excavation, concrete, asphalt, and related tasks.
• Interpret project plans and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely and within-budget execution.
• Conduct milestone inspections and uphold safety standards.
• Maintain daily reports on labor, resources, and project status.
• Monitor SWIPPs compliance and conduct safety meetings.
