Key Responsibilities

• Maintain automated manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Allen Bradley PLC systems and Siemens drives.
• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery to prevent unexpected failures.
• Repair and upgrade equipment as needed to improve manufacturing processes.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and perform autonomous troubleshooting of complex systems.

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman License, OSHA-30, Arc Flash, and forklift certifications.
• Expert in automated manufacturing systems, industrial controls, and predictive maintenance.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Siemens drives, and robotic systems.
• Strong background in 480V 3-phase power, motor controls, and equipment repair.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ability to read ladder logic and exhibit proven technical troubleshooting skills.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
