Key Responsibilities
- Install residential solar systems with precision and attention to detail
- Mount solar panels and install racking systems on various roof types
- Run conduit and pull wire to ensure seamless system integration
- Assist with system commissioning to guarantee optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and efficiency on every project
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, mounting techniques, and basic electrical concepts
- Experience with roof work, power tools, and conduit installation required
- NABCEP Associate certification preferred
- OSHA-10 and fall protection certification required
- Knowledge of NEC Article 690, basic electrical theory, and safety protocols essential
- Comfortable working at heights and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
- 1-4 years of experience in an Apprentice role within a Solar setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $19.49-$25.51 per hour
