Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical data center infrastructure.
• Perform server installations and decommissions.
• Manage cable plant documentation and implement hot/cold aisle containment.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and perform power circuit installations.
• Maintain battery backup systems and monitor environmental controls.
• Execute change management procedures and manage equipment lifecycle.
• Perform network hardware installations and maintain security protocols.
• Facilitate the upcoming “TechHub Expansion Project” in Littleton, enhancing regional connectivity.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado-specific environmental and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with local teams on sustainability initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• BICSI Data Center Technician certification preferred.
• Experience with critical infrastructure management and DCIM systems.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with change management procedures.
• Clean background check required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Data Center operations within a commercial setting.
• Familiarity with Colorado energy regulations and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in Littleton’s varying climate conditions.
