Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure AV equipment with precision and attention to detail
• Terminate AV cables and ensure connectivity and functionality
• Configure basic and advanced AV systems to meet client specifications
• Maintain thorough documentation for all installations and configurations
• Assist with system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to commission systems, including some evening and weekend work

Required Qualifications

• AVIXA CTS certification preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence
• Understanding of audio and video systems, with hands-on experience
• Knowledge of control systems such as Crestron and Extron
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and professionalism
• OSHA-10 and lift certification required for safety compliance
• Knowledge of display technologies, conferencing systems, and rack building
• 1-4 years of experience in Audio Visual work within a commercial setting
