Security Tech at Telco Data
Position Overview
Telco Data is seeking a Security Tech to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our clients’ security systems, including intrusion detection devices, IP camera systems, CCTV, and access control systems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively handle multiple project teams across various business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot various security systems
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality service delivery
- Conduct regular security system checks and preventive maintenance
- Support in system designing and planning
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades or modifications based on client needs
- Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines during site visits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in security technology
- Technology proficiency with intrusion detection devices, IP camera systems, CCTV, and access control systems
- Security+ and ESA Level 2 certifications
- Ability to travel within 30 miles of home base
Preferred Qualifications
- ASIS PSP and NICET Level II certifications
- Previous experience in a corporate environment, particularly Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, or financial institutions
- Strong communication skills and team-player attitude
