Position Overview

Telco Data is seeking an experienced AV Tech to join our expanding regional team in Pompano Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of AV experience, industry certifications, and a track record of delivering high-quality service in demanding healthcare environments such as hospitals, medical centers, and clinics. The role will require standard business hours and regular travel to major nearby cities, offering an engaging and dynamic work environment to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and operation of AV systems in healthcare environments.
• Regular travel to client locations in major nearby cities.
• Collaborating extensively with a 10+ person regional team to deliver top-notch AV solutions.
• Assisting in the planning and design of AV systems according to the requirements of the healthcare setting.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AV tech roles.
• Crestron and Biamp certifications.
• Strong experience with tools and technologies such as Video Walls, Digital Signal Processors, Sound Reinforcement, Control Systems.
• Willingness to travel regularly to major nearby cities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional industry-related certifications preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
