Position Overview

Telco Data is seeking a talented AV Tech to join our Coral Gables, FL, team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in the AV industry, with a strong focus on working in entertainment environments such as hotels, convention centers, and sports venues. The AV Tech will operate on the first shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), working across multiple project teams and may need to travel within a 100-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Audio Visual systems
• Operating video walls, digital signal processors, sound reinforcement systems, and control systems
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining high quality standards
• Traveling within a 100-mile radius for different project sites

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in AV industry
• CTS-I and Biamp Certified
• Proficiency in using video walls, digital signal processors, sound reinforcement, and control systems
• Ability to work in a team and manage work efficiently
• Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Extron Certified and Crestron Certified
• Experience in working in entertainment environments such as hotels, convention centers, and sports venues
• Familiarity with Coral Gables and the surrounding area
