Responsibilities
- Install and configure IP cameras, access control systems, and motion sensors on construction sites
- Pull and terminate low-voltage cables, ensuring proper labeling and routing through conduits and cable trays
- Mount and align security cameras, ensuring optimal field-of-view in a construction context
- Install and secure control panels, keypads, and card readers in new builds
- Perform on-site functional testing of systems, including power and connectivity checks, amidst ongoing construction
- Collaborate with general contractors and other trades to ensure installations meet construction site specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, materials, and job sites, adhering to construction safety standards
