Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure server rack infrastructure in data centers.
• Perform structured cabling installations and implement cable management systems.
• Mount network equipment and install power distribution units efficiently.
• Coordinate equipment deployments and maintain detailed rack documentation.
• Execute hardware inventory management and implement labeling systems.
• Adhere to clean room protocols and coordinate with network teams for seamless integration.
• Conduct site-specific safety assessments in compliance with WA state regulations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale deployments, including the major Wenatchee Data Hub project.
• Provide technical support and emergency maintenance during off-hours maintenance windows.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely equipment delivery to Wenatchee and surrounding areas.
• Support local sustainability initiatives by implementing energy-efficient solutions in rack installations.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data center environments, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Proficiency in structured cabling and expertise with mounting systems.
• Knowledge of power distribution and experience with inventory management systems.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to read technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Washington state electrical and safety codes.
• Experience working in diverse climatic conditions, as found in the Wenatchee region.
• Ability to navigate and work within the unique geographical landscapes of the Wenatchee area.
