Position Overview at T&D Communications
The AV Systems Tech will play a crucial role in supporting the design, installation, and maintenance of AV systems in healthcare facilities across Oklahoma City, OK, and neighboring cities. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can ensure the seamless operation of AV systems, contributing to the enhancement of communication and technology infrastructure in healthcare settings.
Essential Functions for AV Systems Tech
- Install, configure, and maintain AV systems in healthcare facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and healthcare staff to understand AV requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide technical support and training for end-users on AV systems.
- Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the design and planning of AV systems for new healthcare projects.
Required Qualifications for AV Systems Tech at T&D Communications
- 3-5 years of experience in AV systems installation and maintenance.
- Biamp Certification is required.
- Proficient in working with Crestron Control Systems and AMX Control Systems.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various physical environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Crestron Certification is a plus.
- Extensive experience with Crestron Control Systems.
- Specialized experience in AV systems for healthcare facilities.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in AV system installation and maintenance.
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Oklahoma City, OK
- Additional locations: Edmond, Norman, Moore, Midwest City, Yukon
- Schedule: Full-time
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $30.04-$35.62 per hour
