Swan Electrical Systems, based in McAllen, TX, is seeking a dedicated Residential Solar Installer to join our team. McAllen, located in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley, is surrounded by the cities of Edinburg, Pharr, and Mission. This role involves working with our skilled team to deliver high-quality solar installation services to our residential clients. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and committed to excellence in every project.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: 1-4 years of experience in a solar setting, particularly in an apprentice role.
• Certifications: OSHA-10 and fall protection certification required; NABCEP Associate certification preferred.
• Skills: Must understand solar PV systems, mounting techniques, and basic electrical theory.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable working at heights and capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly.
• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
