Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you’ll get to:

• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs like a pro.
• Commission automated production lines and get them running smoothly.
• Perform root cause analysis on system failures to prevent future hiccups.
• Implement predictive maintenance programs using tools like vibration analysis and thermal imaging.
• Design and install complex motor control circuits that keep everything humming.
• Manage our electrical spare parts inventory to ensure we’re always prepared.
• Train apprentices on the ins and outs of industrial systems—sharing your knowledge is key!
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers for those complex repairs only experts can handle.
• Develop standard operating procedures for our maintenance tasks.
• Perform power quality analysis and tackle harmonic mitigation.
• Work with local utility companies to ensure compliance with regional electrical standards.
• Adapt projects to meet unique environmental considerations in Park City.
• Collaborate with local vendors to source specialized parts.

Required Qualifications

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Advanced certification in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programming.
• Demonstrated experience with industrial networking protocols like EtherNet/IP and Profibus.
• Expertise in VFD programming and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with thermal imaging and vibration analysis equipment.
• Ability to read and create AutoCAD electrical drawings.
• Experience with SCADA systems and HMI programming.
• Proven leadership skills in a maintenance environment.
• A solid understanding of IEEE standards for industrial power quality.
• 5+ years of experience required for Journeyman work in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations specific to Park City.
• Experience working at high altitudes, which is a unique aspect of our location.
