Core Requirements

Qualifications

• Preferred BICSI Installer 1 certification.
• Experience with structured cabling systems, especially Cat 6/6A.
• Proficient in cable termination techniques and testing procedures.
• Strong understanding of cable management best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret network drawings.
• Experience with labeling systems and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install and dress Category 6/6A cabling systems and terminate copper and fiber connections.
• Maintain proper cable management in server racks and install overhead cable tray and ladder rack.
• Perform cable testing and certification, documenting test results and warranties.
• Adhere to clean room protocols and organize patch panel layouts.
• Implement proper cable routing and separation, assisting with fiber trunk installation.
• Maintain detailed labeling systems.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of electrical experience is advantageous.

Compensation

• Competitive salary range: $25.36-$33.38 per hour, based on experience.
