Position Overview

Staley Technologies, a leader in advanced technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Data Center Cable Technician for our Ashburn, VA location. This role is integral to managing the infrastructure needs of enterprise-level data centers catering to cloud providers, financial institutions, and technology companies. As a team leader, you will oversee a dedicated team of 4-6 technicians, ensuring efficient operations within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to install, maintain, and troubleshoot data center cabling systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and adjustments using Environmental Monitoring tools and DCIM Software.
• Manage and optimize cable management systems and PDUs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
• Coordinate with enterprise clients to deliver tailored cabling solutions.
• Travel regularly to nearby major cities for on-site installations and maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data center environments.
• Certifications: DCCA and CompTIA Server+.
• Proficiency with Environmental Monitoring, DCIM Software, PDUs, and Cable Management Systems.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications in DCCA and CompTIA Server+.
• Proven track record in handling large-scale data center projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
