The Fire Alarm Technician Position

Core Fire Alarm Technician Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems. You will program fire alarm control panels and test system functionality to ensure compliance with local codes. Inspecting and repairing devices such as smoke detectors and strobes, preparing detailed service reports, and coordinating with building managers to schedule testing are key duties.
