Qualifications for Voice and Data Installer
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Voice and Data Installer
- Expertise in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and network hardware
- Proficiency with cable testing tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in active construction environments
Responsibilities for Voice and Data Installer
- Install and terminate CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber optic cabling systems
- Mount and configure network hardware, including patch panels and switches
- Perform cable testing, certification, and troubleshooting
- Create cable pathways following building and safety codes
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and client expectations
