You will be responsible for managing all aspects of field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in project management, particularly in the context of new construction, tenant improvements, and renovations. Your expertise in security alarm systems, coupled with your ability to lead and motivate a team, will be essential in delivering successful project outcomes.

Essential Functions

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives. Coordinate resource allocation and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.

• Team Leadership and Management: Lead and direct project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.

• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high-quality workmanship.

• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
