Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Lead Security Technician at Prime Partners, you will spearhead the installation and integration of cutting-edge security solutions including access control, CCTV/IP surveillance, and intercom systems. Your week will involve leading teams on commercial construction projects, managing tasks, and maintaining project schedules. You’ll program head-end equipment and conduct final client walk-throughs. Collaborating with IT and general contractors is essential to ensure seamless network integration and adherence to safety and client specifications. Your leadership will be crucial in providing top-notch end-user training and ongoing technical support.

What You Bring to the Table

Success in this role requires advanced expertise in security systems such as Lenel, Avigilon, and Honeywell. Your ability to handle low-voltage wiring, door hardware, and system networking is vital. With over five years of experience, your leadership skills in managing crews and client interactions will shine. While practical skills are paramount, a knack for producing redlines and commissioning reports is essential. If you hold an OSHA 30 certification, that’s a plus.
