- Leadership Skills: Experience in managing crews and coordinating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities for Lead Security Technician
Oversee the installation and commissioning of access control and surveillance systems. Lead daily team operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Program and integrate security equipment, conduct final system checks, and manage client handovers. Collaborate with IT and general contractors for seamless network integration.
