As a Lead Cable Technician, you will spearhead project execution, ensuring every phase from pre-construction to certification is seamlessly coordinated and completed with precision.

Qualifications for Lead Cable Technician

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Lead Cable Technician.
• Strong leadership skills with proven expertise in structured cabling on commercial projects.
• Proficiency in BICSI installation methods, TIA/EIA standards, and using Fluke DTX/DSX certification tools.

Responsibilities for Lead Cable Technician

• Supervise and lead teams in the installation of CAT5e/CAT6 and fiber optic cabling, ensuring compliance with project blueprints and specifications.
• Terminate, label, and certify all cabling and fiber enclosures using advanced testing equipment.
• Coordinate closely with IT, electrical, and general contractor teams to ensure low-voltage work aligns with construction schedules and quality standards.
