We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to develop their project management skills in a commercial setting. The Office Junior Project Manager will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, all while working closely with senior project managers and stakeholders.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the coordination and management of commercial construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior project managers.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Utilize project management software and estimating tools to track project metrics and analyze performance.
• Contribute to code analysis and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Engage with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate project communication and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of electrical experience in a commercial construction environment.
• Valid electrical license for California.
• Proficiency with project management software and estimating tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to construction site visits and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with code analysis and interpretation.
• Previous experience working on commercial projects such as office buildings, retail centers, hospitals, or schools.

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: Santa Clarita, CA.
• Neighboring cities include Valencia, Newhall, Saugus, and Canyon Country.
• Schedule: Full-time, with the expectation of flexibility to meet project deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $25.16-$32.59 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
