Core Fire Alarm Installer Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance

• Install fire alarm control panels and devices, ensuring compliance with NFPA 72 standards.
• Pull and terminate fire alarm cables, maintaining precise point-to-point wiring documentation.
• Mount notification appliances and initiation devices, and assist with system programming and final testing.

Advanced Technical Duties

• Execute advanced troubleshooting for complex system wiring issues.
• Perform detailed voltage drop calculations for various circuit types.
• Integrate advanced programming features into fire alarm control panels for enhanced system capabilities.

Safety Protocols and Regional Project Specifics

• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications

Experience and Technical Knowledge
