Estimator Position Overview

Prime Partners in West Palm Beach, FL is urgently seeking a skilled Estimator for our long-term construction projects. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate cost assessments and delivering competitive bids. Your expertise will drive the successful planning and execution of large-scale site development and earthwork projects.

Qualifications for Estimator

• Experience and Expertise: 3-10 years of experience as an Estimator is required. Intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience in commercial Site Development and Earthwork are essential, with a preference for candidates with prior experience at a Site Development contractor.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook and the full MS Office suite is necessary. Familiarity with AGTEK or similar dirt take-off software is highly desired.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are crucial.

Responsibilities for Estimator

• Plan and Analyze: Conduct detailed plan take-offs and calculate quantities for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with team members to manage RFIs and communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and Propose: Develop comprehensive bid proposals and cost estimates by analyzing site/civil drawings and project requirements.
