• Experience Required: 3-10 years as an Estimator, with a focus on commercial Site Development and Earthwork.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, and AGTEK or similar take-off software.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and capability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities for Estimator

• Conduct detailed plan take-offs and vendor quote gathering.
• Calculate quantities and interpret specifications for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate on RFIs and provide value engineering recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and cost estimates.
• Maintain communication with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
