Estimator Position Overview
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an Estimator with Prime Partners, your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and engaging. You’ll conduct detailed plan take-offs, gather essential vendor quotes, and calculate quantities. - Conduct complex cost analyses using advanced estimation software to forecast project budgets accurately.

Qualifications
Experience and Education
- 3-10 years minimum experience as an Estimator in commercial site development and earthwork.
- A degree in Civil Engineering is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior experience at a site development contractor is highly preferred.
Essential Certifications and Technical Knowledge
- Professional Estimator Certification is highly valued.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and the full MS Office suite is essential.
- Familiarity with AGTEK or similar dirt take-off software is highly desired.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
