Qualifications for Electrical Trainee

• 0-1 years of experience as an Electrical Trainee
• Must have a valid Electrical Trainee Card from the CA Department of Industrial Relations
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in electrical work
• Strong ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and maintain safety protocols in a construction environment

Responsibilities for Electrical Trainee

• Support electricians in all aspects of commercial electrical work, including pulling wire, running conduit, and assembling electrical panels
• Set up workstations, organize tools and materials, and prepare job sites for installation
• Learn to read blueprints and follow instructions to complete basic electrical tasks
• Participate in safety meetings and apply best practices to maintain a secure work environment
• Develop hands-on experience with electrical tools and systems under the guidance of licensed professionals
