What You’ll Need to Succeed

Success in this role requires a deep-rooted understanding of commercial electrical projects, from inception to completion. We value practical experience over paper qualifications, and at least 5 years in the field is essential. Your ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Strong leadership, clear communication, and exceptional organizational skills will set you apart. Proficiency in tools like Procore or Primavera P6 is beneficial, but your problem-solving aptitude and adaptability are what will truly drive your success.
