What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive at Prime Partners, extensive experience managing commercial electrical projects from inception to completion is crucial. A strong grasp of electrical systems, construction processes, and local codes is essential, alongside proficiency in project management tools like Procore or Primavera P6. Your exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills will be your greatest assets here. We’re looking for someone with over 5 years of hands-on experience who values practical skills over paper qualifications and possesses the resilience to manage multiple large-scale projects in a dynamic environment.
