What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for a seasoned Journeyman Electrician, ideally with over three years of experience in solar PV and energy storage systems. At Prime Partners, practical skills are valued over paper qualifications. You’ll need a strong understanding of electrical code compliance, particularly in renewable energy projects, and be comfortable working at heights. Our ideal recruit is not just technically skilled but also proactive, adaptable, and a true team player. While OSHA 30 and NABCEP certifications are preferred, your ability to learn and adapt is what truly matters.
