Your Role and Responsibilities

As a seasoned Commercial Electrical Foreman, you’ll lead skilled crews on diverse and large-scale construction projects. Expect to manage daily operations—allocating manpower, staging materials, and overseeing tools. Your expertise will guide conduit installations, wire pulls, panel terminations, and lighting setups. We tackle projects from retail complexes to high-rise offices, requiring your leadership in conducting safety meetings and liaising with GCs, inspectors, and project managers to keep everything on track.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Your extensive experience in commercial electrical work, along with a strong grasp of the NEC code and blueprint reading, is essential. With at least 7 years in the field and experience leading teams of 5 or more electricians, your practical skills will shine. While OSHA 30 certification is preferred, your problem-solving abilities and excellent communication will set you apart.
