Core Commercial Electrical Foreman Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial electrical crews on large-scale construction projects. You will coordinate daily operations, including manpower allocation, material staging, and tool management. Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance and accurate execution. Oversee conduit installation, wire pulls, panel terminations, lighting installation, and all phases of commercial electrical work. Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines. Communicate with General Contractors, inspectors, and project managers to resolve issues and maintain schedule. Track progress and update redlines and as-builts as required.
