Structured Cabling and Advanced Technical Duties
- Install, test, and troubleshoot CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber optic cables in commercial settings.
- Perform precise terminations on patch panels, jacks, and network devices.
- Utilize industry-standard tools for cable testing and certification to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
- Construct and manage cable pathways, including conduits, raceways, and J-hooks, adhering to safety codes and blueprints.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Advanced Technical Duties
