Qualifications for Cable Puller
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cable pulling
- Proficient in terminating Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cables
- Strong problem-solving skills and physical capability to work in confined and elevated spaces
Responsibilities for Cable Puller
- Assist in the installation of Ethernet and fiber optic cables for structured cabling systems
- Terminate cables with jacks and patch panels, ensuring reliable connectivity
- Install cable pathways, including trays and raceways, and perform testing and certification of cables
- Collaborate with project managers to document cable runs and troubleshoot connectivity issues
